Absolutely love this place. It is a family owned business and they are super friendly. The customer service is always great. It is not Tex-Mex. The prices are terrific and the plates are large. They have a cheesecake chimichanga that is absolutely wonderful, but I suggest you share unless you love dessert. We haven't had a dish there that we don't love. I personally have been eating here for over 20 years. Never had a bad experience. We don't live here anymore but we always stop in every time we are in town to visit family. Highly suggest you give it a try.

Call in order on yesterday and had to call twice because the woman answering the phone hung up on me. Once I called back she said she asked and I didn’t answer. Poor English very hard to understand. Food was ready once I arrived. Combo fajitas came with 3 small tortillas and an abundance of onions and peppers but little chicken and steak...very little. Feel ripped off, will not return.

Food is great, service is pretty good. The enchilada sauce leaves a lot to be desired. Would actually be three and a half stars if I had the option. Not in my top five but good enough.

Best chili Colorado I have eaten in a very long time... I grew up in Albuquerque and eat lots of fire fighter Mexican food.. this was as good as they made... Spicy...

As usual, pretty good service, good food, reasonable prices. Our go to place in Cabot for Mexican food.Almost forgot, good sized portions, we never leave hungry

Always good Mexican food, prepared how you want it. They really do a good job of taking care of the customer. Prices are good. Restaurant does look like it could use some remodeling or repairs but it is always clean

We love eating at Cancun's. The food is so fresh every time. The portions are tremendous. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. Every time we finish eating and leave we always say we can't wait to come back. Excellent Restaurant.

Food was great. We had combo fajitas, tacos, cheese dip, & salsa, and washed it down with a top shelf margherita. Server was sweet and attentive. Had a really nice dinner.

Very tasty! Has all you can eat for lunch from 11 to 4pm. Look at the special lunch menu. It's not buffet style but you can order any combo of lunch menu items or al la carte unlimited up to 4 items at a time. Very generous portions.

The staff is very nice, they give military/veterans discount, which I appreciate very much. The only thing to make it better for me would be, lighter, more crispy chips.

Cancun is amazing they are always friendly and their food is amazing. We always get the bean dip so good and the pollo asada excellent!!

Oh I had the steak fajitas fantastic. the appetizers were wonderful. watch out for those margaritas though drive safe

Friendly service and all you can drink margarita. Well...margaritas was very good and food was served hot to order.

Everything was delicious. The taco shells were so thin and crispy. Everything super fresh. My dinner came quickly. The staff was very nice with prompt service.

Decent service. There enchiladas supremas were quite tasty. That was the only thing I liked.

Not that tasty. Would not recommend. Was the best Mexican restaurant in Jacksonville around 15 years ago. Then they changed locations, competition came, and quality decreased. If wanting this type of food, save $$$ and go to Taco Bell or eat a microwave Hot Pocket at your office. Barely 2 Stars. Staff was nice. Portion was small. Cheese dip was runny.

Excellent food. Chips and salsa is fantastic. The California burrito is great too! The service was mediocre but the atmosphere is nice and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely go back to try other dishes!

This place has awesome Mexican food. We eat here often with our kids and my in laws. The kids love the colorful decor.

Who doesn’t love Cancun? Wholesome family experience

Cancun is a solid Mexican food restaurant. Staff is friendly and service is usually pretty prompt. They offer a military discount (10%).

Better than the one on Camp Robinson.

This place has a wonderful family based atmosphere, me and my family have been coming here for years and our waiter remembers our names and our order and really puts care into the workplace. 10 out of 10

They have went down hill so much I used to enjoy this place
